Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to discuss the roadmap for the future with the stakeholders of banks and NBFCs. The topics of the discussion will include credit products, besides efficient models for financial empowerment through technology, efficient delivery models, the sustainability of the financial sector, and prudent practices for stability.
The meeting which will see participation from senior officers from Government will revolve around the important role played by the banking sector in contributing to the economic growth of the country through financing agriculture and infrastructure as well as local manufacturers and MSMEs.
