Ashiana Housing sells out Kid-Centric Amarah Phase 2 in Gurgaon within three days of launch

Real estate developer Ashiana Housing has achieved a remarkable feat by selling out all 224 units of its newly launched Ashiana Amarah Phase 2 project in just three days. The real estate developer, based in New Delhi and listed on the NSE and BSE, announced the sell-out of the kid-centric project located in Gurgaon’s Sector 93, which generated a whopping revenue of Rs. 290.25 Cr.

Spread across approximately 22 acres of land, the project offers a variety of amenities designed to cater to children of all age groups, ranging from 2 to 18 years old, as well as adults. The apartments and towers boast exclusive design and architecture with ample balcony spaces and a special deck in each apartment. The project’s focal points include learning, nurture, care, and support, with amenities focused on learning and development, nurturing talent among children, and offering play streets, play areas next to the doorsteps, and open spaces for outdoor fun and adventure.

According to Mr. Varun Gupta, the Whole-time Director of Ashiana Housing, the project’s design allows for less density per floor, with only four units per core, providing a sense of exclusivity and enhanced privacy for owners and residents. The project also features a massive 30,000-plus sq. ft. clubhouse acting as a recreational center for the residents.

Located in Gurgaon’s Sector 93, the Ashiana Amarah project has a total saleable area of 3.77 lakh square feet, featuring 3 BHK units. The project’s first phase, consisting of 224 units with a sale value of Rs. 242.6 crore, was entirely sold out on the launch day in October 2022. The combined sale of both phases 1 and 2 resulted in 448 units with a total value of Rs. 532.90 Cr.

Sector 93 boasts several locational advantages, including its proximity to NH 8 and Dwarka Expressway, with easy access to Manesar. Several development firms have already built their housing projects in the sector. The pandemic has changed buyer preferences towards apartments, making Gurgaon a stable market for residential projects, with robust sales and restricted new supply in the NCR region over the past few quarters.
