Defence Minister assures of supporting the capability enhancement of African countries’ armed forces

Addressing the first edition of India-Africa Army Chiefs’ Conclave, the Defence Minister Rajnath Singh assured that India will continue to work with African partner-countries to enhance their defence capabilities and foster stability.
The conclave was organised on the sidelines of 2nd Africa-India Joint Exercise ‘AFINDEX’ that was held in Pune. At this conclave attended by the Chief of Army Staff General Manoj Pande, civil and defence dignitaries, besides Chiefs and representatives of 31 African nations.
