Lockdown Relaxation: Construction restarted in over 100 projects in NCR

The end of the second phase of lockdown has brought good tidings for over 100 projects in NCR which have been in advanced stages of construction but had to meet an abrupt halt. Construction in all these projects has now restarted after getting necessary permissions from authorities.

These permissions envisage the fulfilling of various mandated conditions like sharing worker details, besides arranging for masks, gloves, isolation rooms, and doctors at construction sites. Hand sanitizers are also being made available at the entrance of construction sites.

As per reports, Signature Global Group has received permission to restart work in Gurgaon at seven projects and in one project in Karnal. Supertech Group has obtained approvals for its projects in Gurgaon and Noida while Raheja Group has already started work on Kathputli colony in Delhi, which is an in-situ project with DDA.
