Naredco Maharashtra unveils Neral-Karjat unit offering 40,000 affordable housing inventory

Maharashtra chapter of Naredco has announced the launch of Naredco Neral-Karjat unit in the state. Aimed at creation of affordable housing stock of over 40000 homes by 100+ members associated with Naredco Neral-Karjat unit, the move is expected to offer an opportunity to the homebuyers to buy RERA registered affordable properties in Neral -Karjat region located between Pune and Mumbai.

The State Highway NH4 connects Neral to Karjat, Panvel and Badlapur, and the region boasts Matheran hill station as a major tourist attraction. The location has several mega infrastructure projects being set up to catalyse the real estate growth. After Ambarnath-Badlapur and Kalyan, Neral-Karjat is expected to emerge as another residential hub.

According to Ashok Mohanani, President, Naredco Maharashtra, Neral-Karjat unit will support the Government’s aim of  creating ‘Housing for All by 2022’ by opening up of new affordable housing inventory for the homebuyers that too with a sense of trust and confidence associated with Naredco.

Gautam Thacker, President, Naredco Neral-Karjat unit added that Neral-Karjat region with affordable pricing, upcoming infrastructure and tranquil surroundings can make the homebuyers’ dream of owning a home come true.

Spacious areas and pleasant environment are the major USPs of this location which is expected to witness fast-paced development of infrastructure to emerge as a destination of choice for the Mumbaikars.
