NHPC achieves record quarter-I standalone profit after tax
NHPC Limited, India’s leading hydropower company, has announced its highest-ever Standalone Profit after Tax (PAT) for Quarter-I of the financial year 2023-24, reaching an impressive Rs. 1,053 Crore, compared to the PAT of Rs. 1,050 Crore for the corresponding quarter in the previous year. The NHPC Board officially endorsed the Q-1 FY23-24 results during their meeting on August 11, 2023.
NHPC boasts a robust total installed capacity of 7,097.2 MW in renewable power, encompassing both Wind and Solar sources, achieved through its 25 power stations, which includes a significant contribution of 1,520 MW generated via subsidiaries.
