Wave Group unveils luxury real estate project ‘Veridia’ at Wave City, Ghaziabad
Real estate developer Wave Group has launched ‘Veridia’, a luxury real estate project at its Wave City township in Ghaziabad. Spread over 24.47 acres, the project encompasses Stilt+6 floors of 4bhk and 5bhk skyvillas. Equipped with high-end amenities including home automation the project fulfills green building requirements, besides being based on modern contemporary architectural trends. Located just 30 minuts away from Akshardham temple of Delhi, the project offers 4-5 BHK Villas with area ranging from 2385 sqft to 4089 sqft.
Features and amenities at this project include Digital Lock, 8 ft. wide double front door , video door phone and provision for charging electrical vehicles in every parking, daycare for kids, cafeteria, games room, multipurpose hall, among others.

Categorised into blocks, the low-rise 1st to 4th floors of this project will have 3+S BHK while its 5th& 6th floors will be (Sky Villas) duplexes together with a green terrace, open gym, and pool. The company aims to construct total 900 units under this project. According to the Wave Group, over 80 units are ready and open for sale.
The residential units under this project will be fitted with home automation facilities, modular kitchen, wardrobes, AC units LED tube lights, fans, digital lock, video door phone, geysers, exhaust fans, mirrors, branded sanitary ware, and hardware.
Skyvillas at Veridia will have double-height living and dining areas with a clear roof height of 22 ft. below the slab. This project is located in close proximity to Noida Sector 62 metro station as well as the Delhi-Meerut expressway.
