Government to launch Atmanirbhar Niveshak Mitra portal to facilitate investors
The Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPITTD) together with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry is all set to finalise a dedicated portal “Atmanirbhar Niveshak Mitra” for facilitation, information dissemination and handholding of domestic investors.
Currently in testing phase, the portal in its final version will digitally support the investors throughout their business journey in India, besides helping them get all the information pertaining to investment opportunity, incentives and the applicable taxes to their businesses. It will also provide information and assistance in finding sources of funding.
A significant digital initiative, it will also facilitate them with information on the availability of raw material, tender information, management requirement and training. In due course the webpage will also be available through mobile APP and in regional languages.
Salient features of this web portal will include update on policies and the new initiatives announced by the central and state governments, coupled with the facility of one-on-one meeting and discussions with invest India experts. There will also be a Chat Bot available on this website for resolving queries and it’s being developed as one-stop-shop for accessing all MSME portals like MSME Sampark, MSME Samadhaan and Champions portal.
Apart from all these features, the portal will also provide information on the states and their policies, information on manufacturing clusters in the country, availability of land, step by step solution for doing business in India, assistance and information on bonded manufacturing scheme in addition to information on B2B platforms of chambers of commerce and export promotion councils.
It will also connect the investors with various stakeholders on a single platform like state departments,central and state tenders, etc. The portal will also link platform to the initiatives like Startup India, national single window among others.
