Indian Railways to introduce Vista Dome LHB couches on tourist routes
The Budget 2021-22 proposes to initiate National Rail Plan to create future ready railway system by 2030. The Railway plans to bring down the logistic costs and it also aims to commission Western Dedicated Freight Corridor and Eastern Dedicated Fright Corridor by 2022.It has also proposed to launch Vist Dome LHB coaches on tourists route to offer better  experience to the travellers through these aesthetically designed coaches.
The Budget has also listed a series of measures to be taken to strengthen its ongoing efforts towards increasing safety measures. Indian Railways has planned to provide indigenously developed automatic train protection system to eliminate any possibility of  train collision. Moreover, a sum of Rs 110055 crore has been allocated for Railways and out of this amount Rs. 1,07,100 crore has been set aside for for capital expenditure.
