Indian Business Portal to help Indian exporters at global level

The Indian government has come out with a portal for Indian exporters and  foreign buyers. An international trade hub, Indian Business Portal is a B2B digital marketplace that empowers farmers, SME exporters and artisans in such a way that they can now identify new markets to sell their products. Designed by FIEO and GlobalLinker, the portal was launched by Smt Anupriya Patel, Minister of State for Commerce & Industry.

“The Indian business portal is aimed at supporting MSMEs, encouraging greater exports of Made in India products and digitizing exporters,” informed Patel. She said a robust growth is being witnessed in the country’s overall exports ( including both services and merchandise) that have touched USD 676.2 Billion in FY 2021-2022. She said it’s an opportune time for the young entrepreneurs and that the portal encourages SMEs, startup, farmers and artisans.

The Indian government is moving ahead with its vision of automated processing system and simple procedure for traders.  Indian Business Portal is exclusive for exporters who are registered in the country and the portal will promote exports from all the states of the country and showcase the strength of India in a wide range of services and products. The portal provides a trusted network of Indian exporters to foreign Buyers and encourages virtual meetings between buyers and sellers.
