Govt collects gross GST revenue of Rs 1,04,963 crore in November

The Union Government has received Rs 1,04,963 gross GST revenue in November through 82 lakh GSTR-3B filed up to November 30, 2020. Out of this amount, the total CGST collection stands at Rs 19,189 crore, while the total SGST is Rs 25,540 crore. The total collection of IGST revenue included in this amount is Rs 51,992 crore.

As part of its regular settlement the total amount settled to CGST is Rs โ‚น 22,293 crore while Rs 16,286 has been settled to SGST. The revenue share of Central Government and the State Governments in this amount is โ‚น 41,482 crore for CGST and โ‚น 41,826 crore for SGST.
GST revenues are improving constantly and itโ€™s 1.4% higher than the corresponding month in the last year.

The revenue earned from the import of goods was 4.9% higher while the revenue from domestic transaction which also include import of services, is 0.5% higher than the corresponding month in the last year.
