HIL signs MoU to achieve Rs 451 crore in revenue in FY 2020-21

A PSU under the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, HIL (India) Limited has signed a MoU with Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals to achieve its target revenue of Rs 451 crore for FY 2020-21. SP Mohanty, CMD, HIL (India) Limited and Rajesh Kumar Chaturvedi, Secretary, Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals signed the agreement in the presence of senior officers.
Speaking on the occasion, Mohanty said, “In the first two quarters HIL (India) limited has recorded incredible growth of 65 per cent and it has already produced 530.10 MT of Malathion Technical which is the highest ever production since the inception of the company. In addition, HIL has also recorded the highest ever sales in the first two quarters, hence the target of Rs 451 crore is quite attainable.”
