PM Modi launches Rs 1.06 lakh crore worth projects in Ahmedabad
PM Narendra Modi inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for multiple developmental projects valued at over Rs 1.06 lakh crores in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. These projects include key sections of the Dedicated Freight Corridor project and the flagging off of 10 new Vande Bharat trains.
He also laid the foundation stone for a petrochemicals complex of Petronet LNG at Dahej, worth over Rs 20,000 crores. PM Modi highlighted the significance of these projects, stating that they are a part of the mission of nation-building, rather than just a means to form a government.
The PM emphasized the government’s commitment to making Indian Railways a medium for Aatmanirbhar Bharat and Vocal for Local. He highlighted the achievements in the railway sector, including the modernization of stations and the introduction of next-generation trains.
PM Modi also mentioned the government’s efforts to promote tourism related to regional culture and faith, with trains running on circuits such as the Ramayana Circuit and Guru-Kripa Circuit.
The Prime Minister reiterated his commitment to the modernization and development of Indian Railways, ensuring that it continues to progress at the pace of modernity.
